♉ Nate Ford - [AWOL] The Mastermind. Nate was the one who brought the team together, and finds the cases for them to work as well as plotting the cons. He's also a drunk, hopeless at managing his own life, and occasionally does very stupid things for such a smart man. Eliot will always back his play, however, because that's his job and if you can say anything about Eliot, he does his job well.
♉ Sophie Devereaux - [AWOL] The Grifter. Sophie and Eliot have major trust issues, given that she tried to con them once, but they've gotten past those issues for the most part. Eliot still has occasional moments where he doesn't trust her, but they're an effective team together and he does the best he can to keep them that way.
♉ Parker - [AWOL] The Thief. Parker is ... Parker. Eliot is protective of her, more so than the rest of the team, mostly because they are a lot alike in different ways. Parker knows the world a certain way, but Eliot knows people, and the more she starts to care, the more he wants to help her. She still says things that makes him headdesk, and he's trying to help her in that dealing with people, but there is an affection there that you don't see with any other member of the team.
♉ Alec Hardison - [AWOL] The Hacker. Hardison is Eliot's best friend and biggest annoyance all at the same time, but the feelings are mutual and goes both ways. They will never really understand each other, but they try. For the most part.

FRIENDS

♉ Tara Cole - [AWOL] The Substitute Grifter. Tara filled in for Sophie when she needed a break from the team, and over that course of time she worked her way up to friend status. Not family, not quite, but Eliot would have her back in a fight and may occasionally keep in touch to see how she's doing.

ENEMIES

♉ James Sterling - [AWOL] The Slimeball. Sterling has screwed them over since the moment he met them, and he and Eliot have reached the point in their relationship where the only rational reaction he has is violence. He really, really wants to hurt Sterling. A lot. But he refrains from doing so just because he usually has his team by the balls.
♉ ahandsomeguy - [location unknown] The Retriever. Chris is the guy who landed Eliot on the Levels in the first place, and Eliot, naturally, isn't thrilled by the way he did it. One day, he's going to get a punch off. Given Chris's Trouble, it probably won't be happening anytime soon.
